TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th May, 2019 2068 2068 CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2019 By (1) Mueni Kimeu and (2) Joseph Kimeu Muinde both of P.O. Box 348, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Peter Muinde Muthoka, who died on 21st September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
