TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2019 By Hellen Adhiambo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Oyuer Onditi, late of Kokech Location, Kawino, on 10th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2019 By Plista Okuta Ong’ondo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ong’ondo Ng’angi alias Joshua Ong’ondo Ng’angi, who died at Sino Kagola, on 12th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
