TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 131 OF 2019 By Alice Akoth Oguny, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshwa Kenyatta Bonyo alias Joshua Kenyatta Bonyo, who died on 6th August, 2010. CAUSE No. 132 OF 2019 By Gladis Atieno Okech, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Lango, who died on 12th June, 1968. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2019 By Anatasia Ajwang Magero, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Magero Tinda alias Magero Tinda, who died on 12th April, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
