TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2016 By (1) John Ngovi Kalyong’e and (2) Grace Nzuna Muthengi, both of P.O. Box 21–90402, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grand daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kalyong’e Ikenga alias Elijah Kalionge Ekanga, who died at Kyamboo Sub-location, on 15th February, 1987. CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2017 By Beth Ayub Mwanzia, of P.O. Box 1–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Mwanzia Muindi, who died at Kyanika Sub-location, on 18th August, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
