TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 2nd August, 2019 THE KENYA. GAZETTE 2849 CAUSE No. 58 OF 2019 By Rabecca Mbesa Kimilu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimilu Mwamu Ngeti, who died at Ulilinzi Sub-location, Masongaleni Location, on 19th November, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
