TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By Nduni Kisyanga Mutwota, of P.O. Box 249-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisyang'a Katwei Mutwota alias Kisyanga Mutwota Katwei, who died at Enziu Sub-location, on 1st February, 2009. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2019 By Nicholas Mulyungi Mutisya, of P.O. Box 33-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maei Kasavu Kavyuka alias Maei Kasauu Kauyuka, who died at Mwingi Sub-location, on 10th January, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice inithe Kenya Gazette.
