TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 54 OF 2018 By Stephen Muiruri Karanja, of P.O. Box 361, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muiruri Karanja alias Muiruri Karanja, who died at Kiaoro Estate, on 4th October, 1974. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2019 By (1) Paulina Nyambura Mburu and (2) Irene Wangui Mburu, both of P.O. Box 416, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mburu Kingaiya alias Charles Mburu, who died at St. Jude Nursing Home, on 10th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
