TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2019 By (1) Defrancq Anne Lore Lisanne and (2) Ruiter Esther Nadezda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Francis Dodson alias Rob Dodson alias Robert Dodson, who died at New Kilifi Wananchi Nursing Home, on 3rd March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
