TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2019 By Mary Atieno Alila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Alila Ogweno, who died on 19th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2019 By Joseph Robi Wambura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Sese Wamsimi and (2) Sikima Wamsimi, who died on 10th March, 1975 and 14th August, 1978, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
