TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2019 By Peter Mogoko Nyaingo, of P.O. Box 1093, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Nyaingo Nyarusa, who died at Nyamira M/N Hospital, on 25th March, 2006. 24th May, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2019 By (1) Samwel Moturi and (2) Charles Kibore Chweya, both of P.O. Box 1093, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Chweya Kibore, who died at Miruka, on 29th March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
