TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2019 By Lucy Wangui Ngirubiu, of P.O. Box 105-10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngirubiu Mathenge, who died at Ihururu, Kahuririo Sub-location, on 5th June, 1973. CAUSE No. 69 OF 2019 By (1) Joseph Mainah Mararo and (2) Ann Wanjiru Mararo, both of P.O. Box 30-10129, Mugunda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mararo Mbuthia alias Mararo Mbuthia, who died at Kaptwembo, on 14th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
