TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2019 By Inokobia Hellen O’Kaberia, of P.O. Box 129, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mbaabu M’Eringo alias Daniel Henry alias Mbaabu M’Eringo, who died at Itulu Sub-location, on 25th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2019 By Kaberia M’Itumitu, of P.O. Box 54, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itumitu Birithia, who died at Nkanda, on 18th January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
