TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 14 OF 2019 By Margaret Gathoni Gatela, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Gatiya Mugara, who died on 14th November, 2012. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2019 By (1) Winnie Wanjiku Kihara and (2) David Manna Chege, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gitukia Chege, who died at Marura, on 28th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
