CAUSE NO. 216 OF 2019 By Dismus Augustine Ouma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mashielo Ouma, who died at Kocholia Sub- location, on 7th February, 1989. CAUSE NO. 245 OF 2019 By (1) Paulo Odundo Waswa and (2) Martin Marango Waswa, both of P.O. Box 101, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waswa Sunguti alias Wilson Waswa Sunguti, who died at Kibisi Village, on 31st July, 1980. CAUSE NO. 246 OF 2019 By (1) Veronica Nekesa Nyongesa and (2) Margaret Namaemba Wamayeye, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Collins Wafula Wabwile, who died at Kongoli, Kabula Location, on 18th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
