CAUSE NO. 241 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Odhiambo Agoro, (2) Joseph Otieno Agoro and (3) Fredrick Okoth Agoro, all of P.O. Box 155, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnicus Agoro Kisera, who died at Kotieno Sub-location, on 8th August, 1988.
