CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2019 By (1) Christine Kalinga Mwanza and (2) Jackline Sidi Chengo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Furaha Kambu, who died at Mwembe Legeza, Mombasa, on 23rd February, 2018. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2019 By (1) Omar Ahmed Ali and (2) Ahmed Salim Faraj, both of P.O. Boix 87074–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Swaleh Ahmed Alii, who died at Mwembe Legeza, Mombasa, on 23rd February, 2018. CAUSE NO. 157 OF 2019 By Marie Georgette Claude Vincent-Mend, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of probate of will of Alex Fred Mend, who died at Spring Valley, Nairobi, on 22nd September, 2013.
