TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 394 OF 2018 By (1) Calleb Hongo Arodi and (2) Nicholas Ababu Arodi, both of P.O. Box 1717, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Hongo Arodi, who died on 20th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. 185 OF 2019 By Benjamin Adongo Ombogo, of P.O. Box 41663-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odalo Ombam, who died at Kadongo Sub- location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
