TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2019 By (1) Annah Mwelu Musyoki and (2) Felister Mwongela Musyoki, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoki Kimau, who died at Oloolua, Ngong, on 17th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2019 By (1) Simon Kabi Njuguna and (2) George Njuguna Mahira, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Kabi, who died at Olepolos, on 16th April, 2015. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2019 By (1) Kili Maisai Kaesha and (2) Joseph Ketuko Maithya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maithya Mulwa Kitaa, who died at Kitengela Pona, on 20th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2019 By (1) Julius Matayia Nyinke and (2) Jeremiah Nyinke, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyinke Lemalon Lemokore, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 5th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2019 By Mpokai ene Patiro Partalala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Partiro Partalala Ngoligoli alias Partiro ole Partalala Ngoligoli, who died at Ilpolosat, on 15th March, 2008. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2019 By (1) Anthony Gichuki Karimi and (2) Anne Wangari Karimi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Karimi Gachuki, who died at Karen, on 11th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
