TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2019 By (1) Esther Nashorya and (2) Waweru Kimani Katoto, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Kimani Katoto, who died at Elangata Wuas, on 11th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2019 By (1) Margaret Kanyi Muhuri, (2) James Koria Muhuri and (3) George Muciri Muhuri, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Muhuri Koria, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kiserian, on 14th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2018 By (1) Margaret Wangui and (2) Boniface Mbari Ndung’u, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Ndung’u Mbari, who died at Kiserian, on 1st May, 2017. CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Gishuru Gathigi, (2) Agnes Wanjiru Kashoka, (3) Hortensia Wanjiru Gathigi and (4) Mercy Wambui Gathigi, the deceased’s son, widow and daughter’s, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathigi Gathuga, who died at Lower Matasia, on 1st April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
