TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2019 By (1) Stephen Kangethe Muchai and (2) John Kimani Muchai, both of P.O. Box 708, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Njeri Njanja, who died at Lioki, Githunguri, on 4th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
