Box 52, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ndira Ofuwa, who died at Bungasi, on 24th September, 1977. CAUSE NO. 199 OF 2018 By Joseph Wasiche Odongo, of P.O. Box 40, Bulimbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacobo Odongo Mayoboyi, who died at Kholera, on 20th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. 517 OF 2018 By Benard Makokha Omwolo, of P.O. Box 241, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Aura alias Alisio Aura, who died at Mayoni, on 17th November, 1977. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2019 By Silas Musungu Munoko, of P.O. Box 898, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kuta, who died at Masinjira, on 5th October, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
