NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal for Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to Instalaciones Inabensa SA/Abengoa Project Cargo, to collect from Messrs. Mackenzie Maritime (EA) Limited (Jomvu Yard), the goods indicated in the Schedule below, upon payment of all the outstanding charges and other incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication hereof. Failure to pay and collect the said goods before expiry of this notice, the said goods shall be sold by public auction without any further reference to the owners.
