TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Bar: Counter with shelves, stage, mirror, dancing pole. countersink with tap, DJ's place, entrance door, counter, Gents: urinals, sink with tap, toilet, ladies: mirro, sink with tap, toilets, Doors: aluminium door, washrooms (wooden doors) emergency exit, to take delivery of the said goods which are currently lying at Pride Towers, Mezzanine Floor, Woodvale Grove, Westlands, Nairobi, within thirty (30) dayS from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of storage charges and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
