NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of one well drilling machine, lying at my premises Plot No. 1400, Mikindani, Mombasa, to take delivery and remove the said machine upon payment of the monies owed to me plus storage charges due within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Further notice is given that should the owner not pay and remove the said drilling machine within the time prescribed, I will sell or otherwise dispose off, the same to recover my cost Dated the 12th September, 2019.
