NOTICE is given that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 24th June, 2019, the following resolutions were passed: 1. Special Resolution: "THAT the Company be liquidated voluntarily as a members' voluntary liquidation" 2. Ordinary Resolution: "THAT Mr. Owen Koimburi Njenga of P.O. Box 61120- 00200, Nairobi is appointed as liquidator for the purpose pf such liquidation" The creditors of the company are required on or before 24th July, 2019, to send full particulars of all claims they may have against the company addressed to the undersigned, the liquidator of the company and if so required by notice in writing from the liquidator, personally or by his advocate to come and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are approved Dated the 15th July, 2019.
