REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Opondo Magudha, (2) Joseph Okech Magudha, (3) Nicholas Onyiego Magudha, (4) Ezekiel Ohon and (4) James Onyango, all of P.O. Box 70, Sigomere in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Uholo/Asango/51, situate in the district of Ugunja, and whereas the efforts to trace the green card has not been fruitful, district land registrar at Ugenya has ordered that the said green card be gazetted, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of transfer and issue a green card to the said (1) Opondo Magudha, (2) Joseph Okech Magudha, (3) Nicholas Onyiego Magudha, (4) Ezekiel Ohon and (4) James Onyango, and upon such registration the green card issued to the proprietors shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
