THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Nganga Waithaka (ID/5503240), of P.O. Box 1035.-10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all piece of land containing 1.098 hectares or thereabout, known as Nanyuki/West Timau Block 1/603 (Mutirithia), situate in Laikipia District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost/missing, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost/missing land register (green card), as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
