REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kimani Gitahi (ID/2499853), the administrator of the estate of Daniel Gitahi Kimani (deceased), of P.O. Box 748 — 01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land, containing 18.30 metres per square or thereabout, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 107/1/83, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
