WHEREAS (1) Dario Bergomi and (2) Barbara Bertoletti, both of P.O. Box 501, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees, of all that premises known as Apartment No. 4, erected on a piece of land L.R. No. 12484/3, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 24593/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
