NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th December, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 187, in Volume DI, Folio 1883/4074, File No. MMXIV, by our client, James Kiroge Thiong'o, of P.O. Box 4, Unwin Road, Stevenage, Herts, SG2 9SS, United Kingdom, formerly known as Joseph Kiroge Thiong'o, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Kiroge Thiong'o, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Kiroge Thiong'o, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Kiroge Thiong'o only.
