WHEREAS Nelson Kipkemoi Ruttoh, of P.O. Box 1916-20200, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is' registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/K ipchimchimi 1 780, and whereas the high court of Kenya at Kericho under succession cause No. 95 of 2003, has issued a grant of letters of administration intestate to Viola Chemutai Rutto, and whereas all efforts to trace the title deed has failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no objection has been received within that period. Box 703, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kiptugumo 227 and Kericho/Kiptugumo/224, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause no. 62 of 2010, has concluded the succession cause and appointed (1) Joel Byegon and (2) James Ngeno as administrators, and whereas. the said administrators have executed•form R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in pursuance of the grant of administration and confirmation of grant respectively, whereas all efforts have been made by the administrators to trace the title deed issued in respect of said piece of land have been unsuccessful, notice is given that after .the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date .hereoL provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend-to dispense with the production of the said .land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of registration as proprietor by transmission and transfer by personal representative to person entitled under or on intestacy, and the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibiegon arap Terer (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
