REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Godfrey Marona ole Kukuo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 448.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Mailua/20, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate's Court at Kajiado in succession cause no. 169 of 2016, has issued an order in favour of ( I) Edward Lein Marona, (2) Israel Nyamali Marona, (3) George Shokoine Marona and (4) David Singale Marona, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days front the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of ( 1) Edward Lein Marona, (2) Israel Nyamali Marona, (3) George Shokoine Marona and (4) David Singale Marona, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Godfrey Marona ole Kukuo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
