THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Wanderi Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.72, 1.21 and 0.13 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc.20/Gikindu/Githuri/128, Loci 1/Gikandu/365 and Loc.! 1/Gikandu/931, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 13 of 2017, has issued a grant and confirmation letters to Rosemary Njambi Wanderi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Geoffrey Wanderi Mwangi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to Rose Njambi Wander, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Geoffrey Wanderi Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
