REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muthaite Limited, of P.O. Box 236, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 292/I and 5927, situate in Theririka River in Kiambu District and North East of Ruiru Township, respectively, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N16 Folio 418/31 2526 and N39 Folio 391/15. File 12333, respectively, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration oh sixty 100) days from the date hereof; the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
