TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 53 OF 2019 By (1) Mohamed Farah Ali and (2) Amina Haji Kerow, both of P.O. Box 37450-00100, Nairobi in' Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Issack Farah Ali, who died at Bimpya, Nairobi, on 10th February, 2019. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2019 By Shiraz Dadar, of P.O. Box 13856-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yasmin Begum Abdul Hamid Dadar, who died on 2nd August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
