TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: - CAUSE No. 204 OF 2019 By Wahu Chege Njoroge, of P.O. Box 00518, Kayole in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Njoroge, who died at Ndungiri, on 26th September, 2003. CAUSE No. 207 OF 2019 By (I) Fenster Njoki Mburu and (2) Patrick Njoroge Mburu, both of P.O. Box 716, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Wainaina, who died at Gaichanjiru, on 22nd April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
