TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 46 OF 2019 By Tabitha Wankuru Julius, or a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julias Mororo Muniko alias Julius Mororo, who died at Masangora Sub-location, on 10th October, 1994. CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2019 By Samson Mwita Chacha, or a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gati Weimaaga, who died at Taranganya Sub- location, on 3rd April, 1989. The Court will-proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
