CAUSE No. 97 OF 2019 By (1) Timothy Njue Njangai and (2) John Nyaga Zachary, both of P.O. Box 2317, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Ndwiga M'Thara, late of Embu, who died at Kianjokoma, on 27th May, 2017.
