TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2019 By (1) Akuta Akabelo and (2) Kenneth Eyanae, both of P.O. Box 101-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Lopeyok Muya, who died at Kanamkemer, on 22nd June, 2014. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2019 By (1) Losekon Loter and (2) Christine Nakwakiru Lopur, both of P.O. Box 101, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ekiru Lobongon, who died at Kainuk, on 1st March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
