TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 45 OF 2019 By (1) Thomas Kimutai Chemitei and (2) James Mitei Kosgei, both of P.O. Box 352, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemitei Kibabii alias Chemitei arap Babiy, who died at Tambach Hospital in Kenya, on 29th November, 1984. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2019 By (1) Kipkore Kirop, (2) Kipyatich Kirop and (3) Emmanuel Kiptarus Kanda, all of P.O. Box 8103-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirop Koisomo Sikoria, who died at Kapyego Location, on 1st September, 1991. CAUSE No. 63 OF 2019 By Grace Jepkemoi Komen, of P.O. Box 63, Kipkabus in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Lagat Lalanga, who died at Kabiemit Location, on 30th January, 1999. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2019 By Joseph Kimaiyo Yano, of P.O. Box 54, Chebiemit in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Yano Chelanga, who died at Kobuswo, on 6th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
