TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 102 OF 2016 By Gladis Akinyi Lusi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Lusi alias Anyona, who died on 26th April, 1990. CAUSE No. 224 OF 2019 By Florence Atieno Otieno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Otieno Orima, who died on 12th May, 1999. CAUSE No. 225 OF 2019 By Margaret Atieno Nyanjong, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Nyanjong Muga, who died on 13th February, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
