TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 79 OF 2019 - By Simon Njoroge Kagai, of P.O.- Box 35531-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deseased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kagai Nganga, who died at Gachoire, on 31st December, 1993. CAUSE No. 113 of 2019 By (1) Joseph Kagiri Chum and (2) Daniel Churu Karuma, both of P.O. Box 509, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Wahinya Churu, late of Githunguri, who died at District Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
