TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court , in: CAUSE No. 204 OF 2018 By Sophia Wairimu Wathigo, of P.O. Box 254-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariam Wangari Khan; lias Wangari Peter, who died at Mai Mahiu, on 29th January, 1982. CAUSE No. 201 OF 2019 By Joseph Mwangi Gichungu, of P.O. Box 1223-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a giant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Waculca Gichungu alias Beth Wachuka Gigungu, who died at Karati Sub-location, on 29th December, 2000. The Court will proceed'to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
