TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in CAUSE No. 197 OF 2019 By Agnes Mumbi Chege, of P.O. Box 248, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Kibui alias Chege Gitau, who died at Mangu Sub- location, on 21st November, 2018. CAUSE No. 204 OF 2019 By Pauline Wambui Wakomu, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wakomu Macharia, who died at Kiamwangi Sub- location, on 8th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
