TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 331 OF 2019 By (1) Jackson sifuna Barasa and (2) Shadrack Simiyu Barasa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barasa Wandeme Buluma, who died at St. Damiano Medical Centre, on 7th January, 2013. CAusE No. 388 OF 2019 By ( I ) Zacharia Wanjala Makokha and (2) Phanice Nabukwangwa Makokha, both of P.O. Box 18, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Makokha Ngukhunasi, who died at Kibichori, on i 3th May, 2009. CAUSE No. 389 OF 2019 By (1) Richard Khisa Wakhungu and (2) Ben Wanjala Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakhungu Situma, who died at Bungoma, on 23rd August, 1969. CAUSE No. 390 OF 2019 By Festus Nyongesa Barasa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barasa Wopicho Namunyu alias Barasa Opicho, who died at Mukwa, on 2nd April, 1989. CAUSE No. 396 OF 2019 By William Nyongesa Walusala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Walusala Tabataba, who died at Kongoli, on 14th September. 2000.
