TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 111 OF 2018 By Betha Henry Sawo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habil Ouko Sawo, who died on 14th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 398 OF 2019 By Benard Were °ere, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ogore Sikot alias Daudi Ogore Sikot, who•died at N. Kapuonja, on 26th August, 1999. CAUSE No. 567 OF 2018 By Maria Akeyo Ondu, of P.O. Box 87, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Ondu Ochuka, who died on 10th July, 2015. CAUSE No. 479 OF 2019 By Romanus Ramena Anyango, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abwodha Abong' alias Abwodha Abong, who died on 1st July, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered' within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
