TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By Evans Walubuka Wepukhulu-,- of P.O. Box 80, Chaeptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Wepukhulu Wakwoma, who died at Chesikaki Sub-location, on 26th November, 2012. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2019 By (1) Erick Wafula Munyole, (2) Kennedy Kisiangani Munyole and (3) Paul Sichangi Munyole, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Reuben Munyole, who died at Nairobi, on 17th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
