TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2019 By (1) Macharia Muraguri and (2) Stephen Muiruri Muraguri, both of P.O. Box 64, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of probate to the estate of Muraguri Waheri Kimotho alias Muragori Waheri Kimotho alias Muraguri Wain Kimotho alias Zacharia Muraguri Kimotho, who died at Kiambiriria, on 19th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
