Box 130, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known" as Hafsa Ahmed Mohamud, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Hafsa Ahmed Mohamud, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Asli Mined Mohamud, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Asli Ahmed Mohamud only.
