NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to (1) Shreeji Merchandising Company Kenya Limited, (2) Bamidele Okunaiya, (3) Keja Move, (4) Lilian Okado, (5) Mofra Movers and (6) Nelly Juma, to collect their household/office goods from Packers and Movers Warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of debt accrued as warehouse rent plus costs of this action on the date of collection of the said goods. Failure to which the same will be sold by way of public auction or private treaty as it may be necessary. Dated the 15th August, 2019. M.
